The Healthy Management of Reality was developed by Ricardo Muñoz in 1996. It serves as the theoretical basis for the Cognitive-Behavioral treatment manuals on this site.
Acts that improve our world are referred to in this book as "the healthy management of reality." The purpose of this book is to consider the possibilities and the implications of the concept of the healthy management of reality. We begin by laying out some of the basic ideas, illustrating each with an example. Then we examine how these ideas could be used in day-to-day life. We examine how they can first be tested within our own mind, within our internal reality. We then proceed to how they could be practiced so that they affect our objective reality, that is, how we lead our daily lives.
