The curriculum the Building Recovery by Improving Goals, Habits, and Thoughts (BRIGHT), program developed and evaluated by Dr. Kimberley Hepner and Dr. Stephanie Woo at the RAND Corporation. The online courses were developed by the Department of Veterans Affairs, in collaboration with RAND, and Dr. Ricardo Munoz at Palo Alto University.
